Bobby Driscoll [3 March 1937 – 30 March 1968]
As an MGM moppet Bobby won an Oscar as the outstanding juvenile actor of 1949 and then as Disney’s darling he played Treasure Island’s Jim Hawkins and was the model and voice for Peter Pan. But as he became a pimple faced teen Uncle Walt dumped him. Drug busts and rehab ensued and soon nobody wanted bad boy Bobby. Alone an unknown he O.D.’ed and was buried in a pauper’s grave.
